When will I receive my order?

How do I shop if I'm shipping to a destination outside the US?

Select the country you ship your order to, this will change the currency in which we display prices. When you're ready to checkout, you'll see your local payment method and the calculation of any additional taxes due. You also have the option to change the language at checkout.

 

What currency do you use?

When you select a shipping country, we will display and receive payments in your local currency. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.

 

MMR is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the bank.

 

How can I track my international order?

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

 

 

Duties and Taxes

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

How duties, taxes, and other customs charges are handled depends on which country you're shipping to.

 

For all other countries, duties and taxes payable to the local customs authority are calculated at checkout. In most cases, you can choose to:

Pay duties and taxes on delivery. Guaranteed that you won't have to pay anything extra on delivery

Pay duties and taxes on delivery. If you choose this option, a courier will contact you when the package arrives in your country to receive payment before your package is delivered. If you select this option and then refuse delivery, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

How are duties and taxes calculated?

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they are manufactured, where you ship to and the value of your purchase. 

 

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and include:

2. The customs duties charged by your country on the processing.
