Warranty&Refund Policies
Send your item back to us Repairs are complimentary within one year if the issue isn’t caused by misuse or external damage. After one year, repairs are available for a service fee. You cover the shipping to us; we cover the return shipping.
Local repair (within 1 year) You may repair the item locally within one year. Submit a valid repair invoice, and we will reimburse the cost once verified. Local repairs after one year are not eligible for reimbursement.
After the first year, we’re still happy to help—repair fees will apply, and we’ll provide a quote before starting any work.
We offer a one-year complimentary repair service from the date of delivery, covering issues caused by everyday wear or manufacturing defects.
This service includes:
- Resetting loose or missing small accent stones (excludes center stones over 0.30ct)
- Prong tightening
- Chain or clasp repairs
- Ring resizing (when applicable)
Please note: This complimentary service does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns after delivery unless there is a verified issue with the product’s quality.
For non–ready-to-ship customized items:
If production has begun (such as stone sourcing, CAD work, or inventory adjustments), cancellations incur a 30% service fee of the order total.
If the item is fully produced but not yet shipped, cancellations incur a 50% service fee.
Please note:
- Ready-to-ship items (shipped within three business days) follow a different return/cancellation policy.
- We recommend reviewing all design and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Ready-To-Ship Return & Exchange Policy
Yes. Ready-to-Ship items (shipped within 3 business days) can be returned if you are not fully satisfied. Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date, and all items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and certificates.
You must contact us first to receive return instructions and authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable and insured method.
Yes. A 20% restocking/service fee will be deducted from the refund, which covers processing, handling, and any applicable import or customs-related costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund—minus the service fee and original shipping—will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Ready-to-Ship items that have been resized, altered, or custom engraved cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, please contact MMR Customer Service either through the chat on our website or by emailing service@fioresejewelry.com We will review your situation and—if your issue can be resolved without sending the item back—we will be happy to assist. If a return is necessary, we will guide you through the next steps.
Please include your order number with “#” in the subject line, and clearly state that you wish to return the item. You can also add any details that may help us understand the reason for the return..
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. After we confirm your request, we will send you the return address and phone number.
Once you send the package, please take a photo of the parcel with the shipping label attached and share it with us along with the tracking number.
Please return the item with all original materials, including:
- The actual jewelry
- The original box and packaging All documentation, such as the diamond certificate or grading report
All items must be intact and in original condition.
If any certificate is lost, damaged, or tampered with, a certificate replacement fee will be charged based on the actual inspection and re-issuance cost.
Yes. For security reasons, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or any related terms on the package. Please double-pack your return, place the shipping label on the outer box, and drop it off at a courier location. (We recommend DHL or the Post Office.)
No. MMR is not responsible for shipping errors.
We strongly recommend:
- Using staffed courier storefronts only (no drop boxes or unmanned locations)
- Choosing insured and trackable shipping
Yes. Please get a shipping receipt when you drop off the package. This receipt serves as proof of shipment and proof of insurance.
