Our customer service team will contact you via email within 8 hours of your order to confirm the details. Please make sure to check your email. We will craft the rings according to your selected options, with default engraving of metal material markings (G14K/ G18K/ Pt950), and the delivery time is 18 days.
If you choose expedited, the delivery time is 10 days.
Shipping
xWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return
xAll returns must be undamaged and include all original packaging and documents (including the diamond certificate). The 15-day return period starts on the delivery date.
Orders not eligible for return include: custom designs, engraved items, and pieces that have been resized or modified.
To start a return, log in to your account, open your order, and click Return Item(s). We’ll email you once your refund is processed.
For defective items, please provide a clear photo and a brief description. Approved quality issues include loose prongs and metal breakage (not caused by misuse). Wear and scratches are not considered defects.
For discounted items, we may reimburse repair costs or accept a return. Returns must be sent in the original packaging and shipped via USPS.
For custom-cut diamonds, customers are responsible for return shipping, all customs duties, and a 40% service fee, deducted from the refund.
